City of heroes ran away ?

Is it just me or is city of heroes site down ?

also anyone who purchases the pre order  will be allowed in the game now ? or is it only a few people right now ?

i dont want to get the preorder if i cant get in right now.

    The login server operates certain hours on certain days.  Yes its down right now.

    I'm having fun in the beta.  Not going to say too much because of NDAs and all, but character creation is as much fun as anything else.  Plus, the names people are coming up with are hilarious.  I saw a martial arts guy in a 10 gallon hat named The Kungfu Cowboy. image

    sins we are still under the NDA i can only say i well get this game once it is out. the reason i dont preorder is that i live in Denmark and the oversea cost is more then i want to pay to be there at the start.

    start a week early for 24$+(the price for the box) naa i rather be a week later and get it at nomal price

    Well if you're not in the beta getting the pre-order guarantee's it as of April 7th. Plus with the 3 day head start you can reserve one of your chars names for when the servers go live with the retail release.

    I'm almost positive once the servers are live, there's going to be character creation madness, people filling up their slots with random chars just to reserve a name for later on in their gaming life. It's great coming up with that nice costume but it sucks when you can't use that "perfect" name. I've spent 30mins or more creating a char but then another 20 trying to figure out a good name that hasn't been used yet.
