Need some info on Dark and Light.

I've always wondered about this game.

I see the crappy reviews and that makes me wonder why it's so bad. I've never played it before, but I've always wanted to try it out. I looked all over the internet and cannot find some decent info, all I see is "IT SUCKS", nothing to inform me of really what makes it so bad. People say the graphics sucked but judging from some of the screenshots they didn't look bad...

Could someone here please give me some info on why it is so bad? Also, is there a free trial available or something like that...?

    Don't ever bother thinking about it.

    Go strangle yourself or anything

    Can't be worst than this game.

    Look, the game was advertised as a AWESOME one and stuff.

    Where you can do amazing things, weapons that choose their masters, etc etc.

    Turns out the game developer did nothing(almost) and the game was total crap.

    Its not even half done or anything. DON'T waste your time with that.

    So you decided to ignore the entire D&L forum that is linked in this thread & to the left?
    You can also check the official forum threads to get answers to your question.
    The short answer is: Other than being a bad game overall (which is concluded in the few reviews that exist) ,they are even using illegal methods of getting payments, so no dont bother with D&L.

    Exactly...REALLY screwed up..

    Its like expecting gold and get a lump of cancer burnt in a bag instead.

    It doesn't even deserve to be listed on MMORPG.COM. That's how bad it is. Trust us when we say it's bad. I was a follower and was in beta since 2004. The beta players got absolutely ignored. The last post on the beta forum from a developer or PR was about a year ago (not to mention there are basically no helpful posts, as they inform us of nothing). In fact, the beta forum still exists even to this day! It's like they have forgotten it's existence. This is just an example of how bad the company is.
