I heard of wow and its like one of the only few mmoprg I didn't tried yet.
I heard good thing about it and I would like to try it.
But I can't! There is no trial.
and even if you tell me there is.
I need to create an account with the guest pass key.
But at the payment screen...I need to have a credit card or something.
So in the end, I can't try wow.
If I can't try it, I won't buy it.
This angers me. Maybe its a good mmorpg, but I will probably never know.

Yes you have to enter in credit card details, but if you only plan on playing the 14 day FREE trial you won't get billed for anything, if you dont like WoW simply cancel the account after the 14 days.
Don't take this the wrong way, but don't play the trial. Not the best place to begin the World of Warcraft. You're better off paying for a solid month on a low to medium population server that just started recently. And don't quit for any reason in that month. Many people find it too easy or too time consuming, and up and leave in the same week. In this case move to a PvP or RP server. They ALWAYS have stronger environments that serve your desire to be in serious danger or in a totally different world. Just give it a shot, and you may find yourself a new game.
First I selected a regular server, high pop, and horde. I was a Turen (a bull like thing)... I didnt really enjoy myself and was about to just say forget it... then, on a whim I created a new charactor on a Role Playing PVP server of medium pop and for the Alliance.
I have not stopped playing since, I meet alot of nice people and we have a good time ! Also, the game is made very well.
I am a former SWG player (before they destroyed it)
I'm not sure if the US version of World of Warcraft has a trial that you can take part in; however you can take part in a trial on the European version of World of Warcraft, until your reach level 20.
Go to the link below and just fill in the information and then download the client

Okay I just did a normal check on the US World of Warcraft website, which I think the original poster should have done in the first place, he or she would have came across the link which said "Free 10 day trial" ... come on people being lazy won't get you anyway in life

Plus you get the first month free when you upgrade your account. In other words play the first free month and if you dont like it cancel! You paid nothing(unless you bought the discs)!
Dont you think your expectations are a bit high? All they want is your credit card info, its the best way to verify the person is a potential customer and not just some person trying to use thier servers for a free ride.
I suppose when you go to the grocery store you open up the milk and take a few swigs before you decide if you want it? Or maybe you tell the person behind the meat counter to just give you a few pounds of free meat so you can decide if you like that type before you buy it?
Geez man its a free trial, what more do you want. Some people will complain about everything including free stuff. If you are not willing to give them some simple information for the ability to pretry the game without paying for it, then you dont even deserve to play IMO.

Wtf? You don't have a credit card nor a debit card at this age of time? So you either don't have a job, or is still in school aka the reason you don't have a banking account. Yes, that's all you need for a debit card. Here's an idea, perhaps you shouldn't be playing a game you can't afford?
