Star Wars Galaxies: Reduced Holiday Support

The official website for Sony Online Entertainment's Star Wars Galaxies has announced reduced phone support for their game during the holiday season.

The account and technical support departments will have reduced hours for phone support this Holiday Season.

Technical and Account Phone support will be available from 3pm to 7pm PST Wednesday December 27th through Friday December 29th. No phone support will be offered on Monday December 25th, Tuesday December 26th, or Monday January 1st.

Technical and Account Chat support will remain available during its normal hours of operation, Monday through Friday 10am through 7pm PST.

Technical and Account Email support is available any time at http://station.sony.com/email

The technical and account support knowledgebase is also available any time at http://station.sony.com/kb.

Technical and Account Phone Support will return to its normal hours of operation on Tuesday January 2nd. Normal Technical and Account phone support is Monday through Friday 10am through 7pm PST

I'm pretty sure all the SOE mmorpgs have reduced support over the holidays... Why is MMORPG.com reporting this?

They should warn people who play Planetside too, because Planetside also has reduced holiday support...

Wait, are you telling me that you DON'T have to earn the rights to deserve a holiday over there? Cuz like..how on EARTH could the 2 guys who's never really picked up a "MAYDAY!!!" from their players have earned themselves a holiday?
