Welcome to exile my friend.  But you're definitely not alone...  Glad you were able to suck it up and say goodbye..

lol, I hovered my mouse over the final 'cancel subscription' for a good 20 seconds before I grit my teeth and just did it.  I definitely did not want to go, that game was like home to me. I miss it like crazy.  Yet I will not return unless classics appear, even though all the mmo's out there are crap right now.

Oh, and Jestor, as simple as it may be, your avatar just plain f*ing disturbing dude. LOL

Quitting SWG is like taking a huge dump. May be painful even, but the relief afterwards is immesurable.

It sounds great, so great in fact, I pitty those who canceled :( - Some deluded SWG fanboi who pities me.
I don't like it when you say things. - A Vanguard fan who does too.

Glad you made the right choice.  The only way that sorry excuse for a game maker will ever improve is to see its customers talk with their wallets.  There are still far too many in game that HATE it but cannot break their addiction to Star Wars.

The cycle of addiction is feeding SOE.

i had hope and kept playing but i just cant do it anymore. there is nothing to do and noone to do it with :-/ the only way ill go back is if they have some sort of classic server whether it be cu or precu i just cant take this nge shit anymore. they took everythign away and are giving somethings bad slowly and people think its great when we already had that stuff before. i think its become time to be one with the force once and for all. i filled out their cancel surveys and told them what i thought and to call me when they set up classic servers :-(

LMAO!! Good way of putting it.

Out of every 100 men, 10 should not be there,
80 are nothing but targets, 9 are the real fighters.
Ah, but one, ONE of them is a warrior,
and he will bring the others home.

The thing that bothers me the most is that the new players don't even know what a great game it was.  I finally bit the bullet in October.
