in Voyage Century Online

Im only able to chose Athens and Alexandrie!!

I'm doing something wrong or are there only these 2 ?

    these two is the newbie cities where PVP is no allowed, so that newbs won't get pwan at the offshore. you can change your nationality afterwards to a lot of counteries, where PVP is fully opened.
