Ok, now you can claim I am blind, stupid, or both, but after looking up and down all I found was a FilePlanet download requiring subscription - no bloody way!



If they don't want to come up for the traffic, they can set up a torrent, but this scared me away big time.

    You can download for free too , but theres waiting time ( 10 to 30 mins) and public servers are slower.

    Three times. First time to see what the game was like, the second time because I was offer a renew free trial, with the promise that things where different and third time for the same reason as the second.

    What you just said didn't making any sense considering you have a faulty concept. The guy speaks in very broke English so it's very hard to understand what he is saying at times. You on the other cannot grasp concepts, which is why you hard time expressing yourself. I'm betting this isn't by accident either considering you're narrow minded and easily provoked, you have hard time understand and grasping concepts. Not insult intended either.

    Well, I got sent to ddo-europe.com which sends me to fileplanet.com which requires an account.



    Now even if that's for free or they have hidden a free download somewhere, can somebody explain why there can not be a simple "Download Client" link on the game homepage?

    And does every Post end up in a flamewar between those fighting over the "Nerd of the Century" award? I may be blind, I may be st00pid, bit at least I got manners ^^

    I haven't downloaded the free trial so I am not sure.   DDO as alot of other games use Fileplanet to help distribute their game.   Its just like this site, you can't make a post till your a registered member, its free.   The same with fileplanet, you cannot download from that site till your registered, its free.   Once you are registered you can download the client for free from Fileplanets Public servers which sometimes have a waiting time.   Or you can subscribe to fileplanet and have prefered download status.
