I need some serious help getting on to this game

in Phantasy Star Universe
Ok, it says its free for everything on pc, but i cant find the download link and when i tryd to make a account it required a credit card. is tis game really free or does it cost money? if it is free can you give me a link for the game download and (im sorry to request this) a guide on how to make a free account?

    The game comes with both a single player and online mode. The online mode does require a subscription. It's approximately $9 USD per month in America, as I recall, and you get 15 bonus days when you sign up for your first month.

    As far as purchasing a box, the game does not require a serial number to play online, nor is there any copy protection on the disc.

    If it says free, it's probably referring to the single player. A credit card _is_ required for online play on the PC.

    ok i know this topic is old...and i'm thinking of getting this game so....ya....so this game offers online and offline gaming rite...does it come in 2 seperate CD's or just one?...and wats the differnce between offline and online gameplay?

    I never got into the single player much. The main difference is that it follows a story like a traditional RPG. I'd say the story mode is a pretty good RPG by itself. Nothing spectacular, but if you're a fan of action RPG's, you'll like this.

    In online play, you basically go to a mission and do it a few million times. Not really much story. It's a pretty grindy game, but the combat keeps it somewhat interesting.
