Having problems confirming my winning ticket

I'm happy to see  I've won a copy of Star Wars Galaxies (not exactly my choice from the game bunch but I'm happy nonetheless). Now my problem is that I haven't received a confirmation e-mail yet while I see that others have already confirmed their prizes. Are there any of you out there with the same problem? What can I do?

    The winning email is sent to your email address on your profile, as well as your MMORPG email box. Just look up at the top of the page where it says "Inbox: #" right where you log in (where # is the number of emails you have, hopefully, it will have at least 1!).

    Unfortunatly there isnt alot any of us can do, all you can do is wait for the e-mail, i suggest you try to get in touch with meddle or someone else in the admin around here.

    Thats all you can do mate.

    exactly, check your inbox in the top right corner of the site.  it should definitely be there

    I haven't received an email and I don't have a PM here in my Inbox either. I know how this goes cause I have previously won a RF Online closed beta key here and I have received the confirmation back then. Dunno what's wrong.. I sent an email to the support team, but I was hoping an admin would have seen this post and did something about it sooner, cause I really don't want to lose my win. It seems that I'm also the only one with this problem...

    I wonder if it has anything to do with your non-ASCII characters in your username? I see other usernames with special characters (_, ^, ' etc.) but they are all standard ASCII and yours is the only one with the "TM".

    Did you check your junk mail folder on your profile email? It could have been filtered.

    I'm just grasping at straws here, cause I saw your name on the winners list, trying to think of what it could be.

    Well I also thought of that but it wouldn't make any sense since the last time I won I had the same username. Also, I checked my bulk too, and anyway  there should have been a PM here even if let's say I accidentally deleted the mail. It's freaking weird.

    I looked over the winners list again, and I saw there also a user named Kane that won, I'm thinking they just confused us or something... Getting picked and not receiving the prize would be worse than not getting picked at all

    Since your prize is Star Wars Galaxies I don't think you really won but lost the contest.

    My problem was solved thanks to an admin, my win is now confirmed. The problem was with the ™ sign which apparently screwed the mailing system, my username was changed into this and I was able to confirm it.

    Oh, and Sony game or not it's still a free game and I'm happy that I won it.
