how far is this Dark and Light ho ha going to go?

ive seen lots of:

dnl have taken 40 dollars off of my account....

now i dont know but if you have stopped your account this shouldnt be happening... so what is really going on? i would like to hear from the DnL people about this. no doubt it will be, "the account server is mailfunctioning" or some crap like that!

if you have had a problem and have contacted the devs then can you post here what the reply was, thanks

    I've defending them over and over on these boards.  Then, after requesting my account be cancelled via customerservice and customersupport@darkandlight.com and I still got charged, I decided it was time to file some official complaints.  If you are having issues still being charged, please report Click and Buy along with Dark and Light to your state attorney general's office.  I don't know if it will help or not, but it can't hurt.
