The game doesn't start

in City of Heroes
I've instaled coh to play in a trial acount, and when I try to run the game it says to use cohupdtaer and if i run it it starts to instal again and if I try the same floder it say tath there is no premession or somethig like that.

Can someone help me?

    make sure you contact NCSoft tech support they are very fast (well at least the GMs were)

    I saw this once when I installed test server client. I had to reinstall the game to the default folder. gl :P

    Are you sure that you are running the right one??  And if you are it should start patching, and this patching will take a long time, 1-3 hours time.  But trust me waiting for it to finish is well worth your time.  But yeah make sure its CohUpdater.exe that you're running and not anything else.

    cause I like to try the game and to help you too.. by tryin it by myself...
