LOL, their forums are always down. I quit going there, got tired of seeing some stupid message about the forums being overloaded and to come back later. I figured how they manage one computer system will reflect how they manage their other ones so I don't really hope for much from this title. Whenever the game "does" start open beta, don't get yourself all bunched up over jumping right on, the game download will probably take between 10-30 hours depending on your connection, you'll just have to trust me on this.
The game installs out between 22 and 30 GB, so just think of the download you get to pull after you get your 6.6 GB file. At least that's something though, the beta client was 11.5 MB.
My game folder was 29GB, but I heard there were optimizations being put into place that should shorten that to around 18-22 ish. I know the target was supposed to be under 20, but they weren't sure if they could make that. Hopefully, there's not much patching to go. I've had PC troubles of late and had to re-download the full game from the small client a few times, takes two days of sleep/work download time to get it done, and that wasn't when everyone and their brother was downloading/patching. I hope you guys have fun with it though. I won't even bore you with my opinion of the game, it's always good to draw your own conclusions and what works for one may be unplayable to others. /salute

Yeh, the 6.6gb D/L will have taken me around 22 hours to D/L, So i'm looking at 3 days to get the whole client done lol.
Being a paying subscriber will i definatly get in?
