Can you change servers with a character you already made?  Or can you only choose the server when you make your character?

    Short answer: no

    Long answer: You get a server when making your first character, after that all characters will start on that server. If you want to start on a specific server you need a code for it (which can be bought by others ingame then given to you).

    When they created two new servers they allowed for "Server Migration" but only to those two.



    But that won't happen again for a long time, if at all.
