Anyone got any news from the Devs?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Look i think this game could have so much potential, but the performance of the game just sucks. I love the gameplay in this game but the performance is so bad not even the gameplay can shine through. I want to ask if anyone has a news report that is recent from the Devs regarding this issue. If anyone can give me a link or some hope of this issue being resolved so that im not scared this game will flop, that would be great. Long live VG!

    Okay, have some news here:



    Just got a phone call, I kid you not, from Brad man himself, he said "Dang whiners, they should go play WoW, the real gamers shall stick to VG the way it is" Naturally I ask "why?" (not that I doubt it's a great game the way it is), so he replies (to no one's surprize) "easy question, lad, I made it! it is the best game of ever to come!"

    Last I heard, by release or at release the game will improve performance by 10%, but you'll still need a good pc...if you can run Oblivion then you should be able to run this, but if you cant run oblivion then you won't be able to play.

    Everyone is complaining about the lag and about how terrible it is, but I would like to remind those who played WoW how bad the lag was and still sometimes is in the major cities in WoW such as Ironforge and Stormwind.  I mean, Vanguard is attempting to push the boundaries of lighting, shaders, and polygons in an MMO, and I don't think people are giving it enough credit.  It is a beautiful game, it will get more refined over time.  Most of its slowness comes from internet lag... from other people trying to run the game at too high a setting.  I know this because I get the same amount of lag no matter what graphics setting I'm at, and the lag is worse where many other players are walking around.  Sigil will fix this problem, just like Blizzard fixed Wow.  There's no need to can the game because of this issue. 



    This game is a work of art.  It is not just combat, it is crafting, diplomacy, gathering, exploration, and even building towns!  It is like Ultima Online plus WoW, plus more.  I don't know what people were expecting, but MMOs  are very difficult to design.



    One critical note though, the animations in Vanguard are not yet as good as wow.   The character's legs should bend BEFORE it leaves the ground when it jumps... The horse animations and fighting animations are quite good, I think.
