Lol I just had to post this as I found it amusing.....Sony caught bending over with their pants around their ankles yet again.

Sony has always been notorious for "accidently" putting out wrong information. Their best example would be in their MMORPGs...misleading the public about certain implimenations... Sony will get out of it though...they always do. They're HUGE.

Some employees at corporations behave as if they were in a cult. They will do extreme things in order to gain favor with their managers, out of fear of losing their jobs, and sometimes these things are stupid enough to be noticed by customers. Most of the time it's internal: ratting out a fellow worker for taking a long break, writing a memio to the boss that outlines how to streamline some task so workers will have to bust their butts more for the same amount of pay. The older and/or less employable some workers become, the more likely they are to do crazy stuff like that. Capitalism without unions is about unbridled terrorism when the economy isn't doing well. But. I kind of think SOE's upper management ordered this lie to be planted, it probably wasn't the act-run-amok of a scared, lesser employee trying to boost his or her value in order to avoid being laid off. Sony sucks in so many ways. I hate that company.
