well, they probably don't pay much attention to netgame/mgame because hero and loa flopped. The mgame/netgame company also is engaged is disreputable business practices. As of today in LoA, they wiped all 19muscle power gear whether it was legit or not. A lot of the people with legit items essentially had money stolen from them because their payed for service to transfer stats to another item. These items that the stats were transferred to were erased. You should think before you get involved with this game. You will probably end up spending more than you would on a subscription based game. I know everyone needs their mmo fix, but Legend of Ares/Hero Online/ Scions of Fate is not the way to go. You are just asking for drama.

Sounds like you have a problem with impluse buying . Play the game for free, if wish not to spend money and you enjoy it, then I don't see a problem with this way of implementation. They have to support their servers someone how and if it is at the hand of other players I say so be it.
