Im just curious I would like to compare.
-Pentium 4 3.0 ghz processor
-2 gigs of Kingston ram dual channel
-ATI Radeon 9800 pro 256mb agp
-X-fi sound card (The good one, forgot the model)
I get about 23-30 fps outside and in dungeons in citys like Khal etc its about 8-10 fps
I run everything on lowest settings and low res too.
Comments
In town avg 20ish
Out of town Upper 40's Lower 50's
On Balanced of course...
Radeon x1950 pro 256 meg
2 gigs RAM
High Graphics setting
average 40 fps
drop to average 20 fps in cities
Getting better every patch though.
I'll try setting to balanced though to give you a comparision. Right now I'm on the highest settings.
-1 gig ram dual channel
-Geforce 7800 gs oc agp
-Dynex 5.1 soundcard
-Resolution 1360*768
playing on balanced setting + bloom, Hdr and tone mapping
getting something like 25 -35 fps in wilderness
While fighting mobs in wildernes i might get 15 - 25 fps depends on the location
in the city of Ca'iar brael im getting something like 10 - 20 fps depending on how many players are near me (like say 10) it may even go down to 5 - 10 fps.
if i remove the bloom, hrd and tone mapping i get an increae of 5 - 15 in the city
Here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 64x2 4200+ (dual core 2.2Ghz)
1Gb DDR2
geForce 7950 GT 512Mb (OC'ed at 600Mhz core, 1600Mhz memory)
... I get about 30-40fps with tweaks on balanced settings everywhere but in cities.
... Cities cut me down to about 15-25 or lower depending.
... If I get 20+ people on my screen, I hit 5fps or less and get lots of hitching.
(Raids in this game with be graphically impossible!)
Pent 4 3.2 dual core
2 gigs RAM
nvidia 8800 GTS
I play on the "Higest Quality" setting and get about 245-30 FPS country, 10-12 City. (can drop down).
Strangely i down see much of a performance increase if I drop the settings down to "Higher Quality."
The funny part is that even at "Highest Performance" I am still only getting about 15-20 in the City (but something like 40+ in the country).
PS: It seems to get a little better every patch.
Nvidia gforce 7950x2 1Gb
2.4 duo processor
2Gb ram DDR
500Gb space ATI
I run vanguard on Highest quality
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.
1gig DDR2
7600 GS OC 512MB DDR2
15-20fps wilderness, Frame rates are the same on lowest settings or highest.
.5-5 city or around other players
I more than meet the recommended setting and game is unplayable and yes have gone thru all the tweak guides. I can play anything on the market MMO or otherwise on highest settings. Think I'll have to pass on this game to bad I had high hopes for this one the last 2 years.
I usually get 37 fps. When i get in towns i can go down to 10 fps with major hickups in the game. I really hope the debugger is causing the low performance, but true the games fps performance has risen considerably in the last few patches.
I have tried the tweaks, as they do help some with max fps, do not fix the hickups experienced in dense areas.
1gb DDR memory
ATI x1300 pro 256 graphics card
I usually play on highest performance, or high performance settings with some tweaks, and i get 20-30 fps country, 12-20 fps cities
AMD FX-57, BFG 7900GTX, 2G ram, XP pro
I run it on max settings except for volumetric clouds are turned off and the shadow detail is at half with AAx4. At 1920x1200 reso I average about 25 FPS. It hiccups alot when I "zone" into other chunks.
1024MB DDR 333
Geforce 6600GT
I run on High Performance, and mess with the sliders trying to hit the point where it looks decent without killing my PC. I also used Morts tweaks.
I get up to 45 fps outside and ALONE, around 30 outside around a mob or 2
In cities 10-15
They must be doing something server-side as well because FPS has varied greatly over the last few days, alas it's getting mostly worse.
I was on a rooftop in Khal yesterday overlooking the bay and racked it up to Highest Quality everything maxed out. Man, it looks AWESOME, stunning landscapes, and just looked MASSIVE

With ini tweaks, and some system hog settings disabled. Low res , high settings
I am getting 14 to 25 fps depending on how populated area is.

2048MB Ram
Nvidia Geforce 7600GS 256mb
Average fps around 14-18 most of the time It runs terrible. It almost runs better on my old computer:
P4 2.2 Ghz
1024 MB Ram
Ati Radeon 1650 256mb
I don't know what it is, but there has to be some issues. My new video card isn't the best I know, but I still somewhat expected more fps than my old computer. I'm running almost the same setting, just slightly higher on the new computer.
2 Gig OCZ Platinum Ram
ATI X1900XT-X
1280x1024
Full Spec
30-35 in towns (drops to about 25 when busy)
and V-Sync stops my frame rate going past 60 when im outside. (yes i know my monitor blows chunks)
- core 2 duo 6700
- 3gb corsair 1000mhz ddr2
Get about 40-50FPS maxed out whereever i go apart from when theres like 100 people waiting for griffon handouts or changing chunk
AMD 64 3200+, 2gig DDR400, nVidia 6800, SCSI Ultra 320 RAID/0
in the field: 24-30 FPS
In the cities: 17-24 FPS (has gone up considerably with yesterdays patch)
I did a lot of tweaking to the *ini. The settings I use are sort of a mix between "Balanced" "High Performane" "Highest Performance".
So I have pixel shaders on, shadows on and tweaked the ini from there. I posted my tweaks here:
