Buffed Clothing

Is so ugly

Neo would never wear green snake skin pants and a grey jacket with white boots and a fedora.

No wonder people think Orcs in plate armor look cooler.

Buffed clothing doesn't really look worse the unbuffed clothing at itself (mostly because it's the same clothing), the problem is that when putting clothing together after buffs, it mostly results in a real fashion crime. LOL.

Since, from what I've seen, different buff combinations actually do apply to the same clothing model and the other way round, so it might be possible to be good-looking and effective at the same time, but that... well, isn't very probable.

Meh, they never should've implemented clothing buffs in this game in my opinion. I think that was even the original intention.

They were supposed to have it so crafters could take the buffs out of the clothing and add it into new clothes, so you could wear whatever you want and still get the skill bonuses. But, that was before SOE took over.

Oh, don't give your hopes up. The developers don't seem to mind finishing scrapped projects from Beta.

I personally havn't found it that hard to find clothes that are buffed nicely, work well with my loadout and look damn good.

After all, there are 34924 buffed clothes to choose from.

The only time things start getting bad is in PvP where people won't care about looks and go straight for the best buff combos.

I mean, CR2 helped combat that idealogy by taking the main combat focus off buffs and put more dependancy on your loadout and stat points but of course there are those will work their hardest for that chance of being better than their enemy. I mean, thats the point. But PvE, in my experience, is balanced perfectly fine when it comes to buffs/style.
