Servers Down

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
The server are still down, been that way for what 20 minutes now (it seems longer but maybe im just to impatient), did they say how much time they will be down?

    servers are usually down for awhile after a patch, specially a large one like this...just gotta wait it out, we're not paying yet ;)

    I hate how they implement a patch during peak hours.  Why not at like 4 a.m CST?  Anywhoo.

    From looking at the screen of "things they did", it looks like they did ALOT.  There is going to be alot of balancing, also some mobs will be harder than before.  Also, I think their might be some new graphics for some things.  When watching what it was downloading, I saw "spell" and "sword" in there, dunno if it's just because of the balance though. 



    I can't wait till we get that patch for "non pancake butts".

    Finally after almost 24 hours my patching ends and now the servers are down.  Just my luck.  Oh well looks like its back to DDO for me for the rest of the night.   Is there a server status page I can monitor somewhere in case it comes back up tonight?

     fixed.  CST isnt the only timezone

    there probably patching during peak hours because its Still Beta, and people aren't paying to play the game yet, and they need as much testing time as they can get, so waiting until 4 am would backfire and waste time...

    I don't think anyone is knocking the need to patch and I am sure we all appreciate the hard work; however, when those of us who JUST got into beta rush home from work and make plans to play, rather than I dunno GO OUT and have a real life, it would be nice of them to announce patches and give an eta of the downtime or at least have a server status page so we do not have to try logging on every 15 minutes. I know beta is just that, beta, but sheesh do they not value my time and commitment enough to say come back at X P.M. CST??? Is that too much to ask?

    seems as if they are in full scale panic mode, trying to do in 2 weeks what they should have been doing for the last two years. Just my opinion of course. Bet there are a lot of sleep deprived zombies at Sigil for the next few weeks.

    Well servers were up for about 15 minutes just now before being brought down again. I hope you guys got a chance to kill something.
