FF11 PVP coming out very soon!

in Final Fantasy XI

as you see the news room.. and the website for FF11... PVP *is* coming out very soon...GM's are currently testing out how should to be set up...should it be city vs city? or just player vs player...

hopefully i hope it will just be player vs players.. best part about this new pvp system..is that your whole linkshell can vs other linkshells...which be awesome...can picture it... WAR's and melee in the front...RNG and RDM in the middle... and WHM and BLM in the back... PVP is going to be awesome..

    When? When? When? I keep hearing that PvP is going to come but, I will say again, When? Another question is will it be in the form of an expansion? With lots of other really cool stuff? Because I don't want to wait for it anymore I lose FFXI and I would never want to stop playing it but I have been thinking of switching to L2 when it comes out so I can get some of that PvP action that I love and sorta miss so much.

    Cant wait, Im not in a linkshell but a giant battle would be awesome to see.

    Also we can finally make enemies in game, and settle disputes within the group with a duel.

    cant wait.

    A gigantic battle between nations to regulate region control. I've been preaching about this for a while. And to answer keepers question: PvP will supposedly come with the next expansion pack. Supposedly.

    i think hopefully in the future..they will add in building skills...where people will build castles for your LS for a high price...

    LS leaders could buy their own LS land..build a huge castle..and have castle siege wars with other LS...will be awesome..

    I think this is an idea we have all seen before in DAoC and it is a good one too but in FFXI 1. I don't think there is enough area for this or it would have to be entered like you enter your mog house and 2. I don't know about everyone but the LSs I am in seem really relaxed and more like a chat room then a guild or clan.

    well the developers can always put in new land..

    castle could include... a moogle house, AH, NPC's and a chocobo stable...

    I dont know about LS leaders making their own castles but It would be kool if when a nation conquered an area the outpost there became possible to build upon until you got forts/castles. A rival nation could try and retake a land by leveling the castle and building their own.

    Sounds like Lineage 2 to me.

    Its gonna come out with the new xpack? When is that xpack coming out?

    And I think that the gigantic battle between nations to regulate region control is a damn good idea, that would be so cool.
