This game sucks!

Bah, who am I kidd'n?  No it doesn't!

But, god damned, this crap aint work'n for me at the moment.

I like to fly inexpensive tech 2 fitted ships and engage in PvP, but I have a frigg'n blast when I warp-to-x with 4-8 interceptors appearing as hostiles which allows for me  to pick  off one or two or chase away another while using a Coercer.  Building a corp event which allows for greater access to "rigs", and ISK, that get's cancled for a "weekend long minning op", even though shooting non-roids was planned almost 2 weeks previously, is frustrating..

I HATE shooting roids!

please, can't someone else share that with me?  :P

Being interested in "rigs", I would love to facilatate more availbility to them, but I've not seen anything that's supportive of it other then cancled "op's"  to mine asteroids instead.  :(

So;

I'm loving to fly basic t1 ships fitted w/ t2 items, enjoying PvP while minimiazinvg costs,  running missions to assit with an "rpg" element that's missing in the game and yet no one else does these things?

p.s. My microphone sucks, but I want a nice USB one that's acceptable for a 32b recording.

What do you recomend?

Thanks in advance:

Most folks avoid rigs because they take like 60M isk worth of tedious effort each, and then they just get blown up.   They're like implants for your ship.

    Mmmmm not really entirely true

I use rigs on some of my ships.   Not all of them.  And certainly not on a ship that's meant to be inexpensive.  But I do have some ships that I use rigs on.

Sniper ships are good for rigs because you generally expect them to last a very long time between destruction.  So why not use rigs to boost damage output and/or range :)  I know a couple really good inty pilots that use 1 or 2 speed rigs.

And then there's the carebears.... they use rigs all the time because their ships are rarely, if ever, at risk.  High sec pilots/mission runners (and even miners) use rigs all the time because their risk of being blasted to smitherenes are far lower than PVP folks like you and me.

But that said I do use rigs on some pvp setups.

ok if you want to get into rigs, get salvaging up to V then follow a gank squad around and salvage any of their wrecks

FFS with all the wars that Privateers have go to their KB and find out where they are and follow them

with T2 ships the salvage drops can be worth 50m a ship or more

Oursulaert/Renyn & outlying systems are a good bet for Privateers. Always some action round there & it's not as laggy as Jita....

    Cost of a new headset.....$60-$80

Average cost of subscriptions to MMORPGs .....$14 (ish)

Posting complete randomness in the middle of a thread discussing salvaging opportunities in Eve.....priceless.
