Should I play DAoC?

Ok. I think that DAoC has THE BEST game play, PvP (RvR), good dungeons/raid bosses, ect.



Population is very low. I like when you can jump on WoW knowing that you will find a group or even a 40 man raid. Thats not exactly true with DAoC...



I really love this game, but it is dieing, and it has a very low population.



Is it even worth playing? I mean... I do have a good guild and a friend that plays it. I just like hardcore stuff.



ALSO knowing that war is comming out I don't know if I should really start DAoC or any other MMO for that fact.

    If you truly enjoy playing DAoC, keep playing it.

    WoW will have very few raids for awhile, as everyone jumps into PvP and TBC. Someone will probalby give you a list of explanations for the various MMOs soon.

    I think it's the objective of your past self to make you cringe.

    yeah like all the other people said. you should really stay with a game that you love to play. I can tell you from exp. when I was hooked to one game I would keep playing it. But usually my friends got me into a different game and then I found out that this new game really stunk compared to the last. so what I could tell you is to stay with that game unless you find a beta or different game that impresses you alot. anyways enjoy and have fun. thank you for listening.

    As is it with most older games, I think you will find that with each new mmorpg released your population will dwindle even further. If easily finding a group and having a strong player population are important to you, you should probably move on. However, if you still enjoy playing the game than keep on playing, these games are for fun and you as an individual must decide what you like. I don't need to hang out with large groups of people in real, so flying solo is often good for me and the same goes with my style of gameplay...Good luck with whatever you decide.

    I would stick with it!  I used to play Dark Age Of Camelot, But i quit right Before the new expansion.

    i still play DAoC  almost every day  if you enjoy playing it  stay    i love the game and RVR a lot   thidranki is stil good for battlegrounds and NF is stilll alright on some of the larger servers  but  yeah if you need a large population  play on the classic servers   still a great game but yes with each mmo it has dwindled   when wow come out  it was hit so hard  it was a said day seeing a 1500 people server go to about 400 people.

     

    if you have frineds on it  play it  if not i wouldnt have someone new to MMOs play it
