So how's that decay workin' out for ya?

Is there any crafters still playing  logging in SWG? Is there a professional point to being there?

    The removal of decay has ruined my crafter. Crafting is no longer fun so I quit.

    You can count the number of crafters for some items on Bloodfin probably on two hands, the disused items, 1 hand.

    I used to see vendors which had an endless list of items. The economy isn't as strong as it used to be. I used to sell vehicles left and right, now I bet I couldn't sell vehicles in the same quantity that I used to sell them. 20x swoops at 20k credits would be gone in a few days. And if I stayed in Eisley, I would get tells about vehicles and would tell people how to make the money to buy them.

    The game has seriously turned into crap. It was crappy before but even after a year of the NGE it still pretty much a giant pile of crap.

         Even with the old decay system you still cant make money if no one logs in.This is like beating a dead dog.They should take crafting out of the game completely.Maybe it would make the game run better.Who knows.

    But wait, wasn't the whole decay system an evil conspiracy by crafter toons to deprive those non-crafters of their hard earned credits?



    After all, what other practical purpose does decay server?



    It was on the suckboards, so it must be true!



    The sheer vitriol behind those posts make me /sneer now...

    Yes, there's ummm...well.., there was still one munitions trader on Kauri server last I checked. the lack of competition led to sky high prices...but...well that's SWG for ya.

    May I ask what your point is here? It hasn't been in the game for sometime. I know they where possibly debating it for the crafter revamp. Have they totally said no to bringing it back now?

    They do have some good concepts that should be go implemented in the trader revamp.  I need to read up some more been working alot lately.

    LOL DirtyD... Trader revamp.... ho that's funny.... How long did the Smugglers wait? Ranger Re-vamp anyone..  Over a year after NGE crapped on our doorstep, have they fixed the proffesion quests yet?  Has SOE delivered anything promised when promised....

    Oh but i hear there adding Star Destroyers for guild HQ's, any one remember when they mentioned that?
