    What for? The last closed beta round has already begun. Next thing to start is open beta in march and you don't need a key for that.

    You can only get a beta key officially through TCOS, beta 3 starts in february with an open beta sometime in april as was already posted. You can however visit the www.tcos.com to apply for beta for a tiny chance of being selected.
