         Well you must not of read well. They issued it for fan sites which means a site based on the game with news, updates, imformations and all of that. This is a MMORPG site which just gives news from the game. This site doesn't actually count as a fan site since it has no class information section, skills, spells, some items and abilities. This is just a site design to give MMORPG players a place to post things about games, hype, contest, and give info on ALL MMORPGs listed on their site.
         Also I think they changed their mine because everone who's looking for WoW info mainly goes to their site not a fansite most of the time for instant news. So for example which would get more hits for a beta contest, WoW site, or fansite. (unless WoW site gives link to the fansite, but security, rules, and fairness would probally be better on the actual WoW site itself)

    Unfortunately we can't just pick a random number and say "We're going to give that many beta accounts away for <insert game here>". It involves quite a lot of work to arrange these things, and in the end it is entirely up to the company. Some companies look for a lot of beta testers while some only look for a few. Some companies' policies involve their own screening of beta testers - our contests as a show of fairness are completely random.
