I'm just curious what everyone is going to play these days with a few new MMO's coming out. I'm playing EQ2 at the moment and beta testing Vanguard and a few others. I'm looking forward to Vanguard, AoC, Warhammer, and PoBS. I'm also considering buying the Burning Crusade expansion for WoW, but I haven't decided yet.
If you choose "None of the Above" tell us which one!

Personally I would love to, and i am going to play all LOTRO, WAR, AOC, and spellborn...but if i had to choose one i'd say WAR.
also dont forget about huxley! great concept! FPS with MOO concepts with questing, trading, crafting, servers that hold up to 5,000 players, and best of all PC Vs. Xbox360. Its gunna be great

Vanguard wasn't my cup of tea, I currently play WoW, and Warhammer is still way to far in the future for me to really be interested in it (and I prefer the Warhammer 40k series to the Warhammer series anyway)

I got this from the website, it sounds cool enough, but we all know its gameplay will decide if it works or not.
""Aion™ will transform the way you experience new content. You have the power to trigger world-changing events!
The actions of each player on every individual server will push storylines and quests in new directions. The effect of each unique action will eventually accumulate to trigger new game content such as the opening of new dungeons or the rise of a world completely different to what was there before.
You will create a distinct history and will have your name forever recorded in fame or in infamy.""
Another game I am pledged to buy is Roma Victor. The combat is similar to the games I mentioned above. Also all I have to pay is the one-time game purchase fee. I like this very much. Also they are independent. My heart goes out to every independent developer in this dog eat dog world of big gaming business. I will support any other indie game I see as much as I can also.
Took WoW...
Ive pre-ordered Vanguard and im very interested in Age of Conan... But i wont really count on them, as ive been dissappointed alot the last couple of years with new MMOs... Except WoW. Blizzard seem to keep the standard high and i love... the game might not have alot of depth, but the quality of the game is just marvelous.

LOTR will definitely be 1st on my list as far as new (non expansions) go.
I am looking forward to both AoC and WH.
Hmm, once again in these polls AoC wins over Warhammer by at least 50%, and yet the two are tied on the hype meter...
(no, this statement is not just based on this one result.)

Currently I am playing CoV until something clear this PH (I love CoV, but played it too much, it reaches a PH status), and nothing with raiding can even think of replacing this PH; as it start with a lower ranking than CoV just by having raids-enforced.
Mourning: Wish, Imperator,
Also checking: Civ IV next expansion, prolly coming out this year...this list is usually big, but for some reasons, I didn't catch a glimpse of the interesting new titles, will prolly be surprised by them...or I am an old grumpy gamer!

I'm going to try:
1 Vanguard - though I might wait a few months...
2. War
3 AoC
4 Spellborn - I won a beta spot from MMORPG.com here and I still haven't had a chance yet. We haven't received anything that I know of.
5. PotBS
Thats all I can think of right now. Possibly something else if it gets a following.
1. AoC
2. Pristontale2
3. RO2
4. Spellborn
that would be my list
2. POTBS (briefly)
3. Star Trek Online
4. Warhammer ( just to see)
5. Tabula Rasa.. /me loves Richard. It would be such a shame if NCsoft have turned him into a wrinkly old man with no skills
I must stress I detest ncsoft though. :P
I just started playing EQ2, really, and I am going to stick there til my husband gets tired of EQ1 and/or we get bigger, better, faster computers. I am running EQ2 on really low settings and I am pretty happy with it, even with the way it looks... but I came most recently from EQ1, so it's still eye candy to me.
I might play LoTRO if my husband wanted to, but that seems unlikely. He's in a raiding guild in EQ1, and I can barely pry him away to play some EQ2 on the side. (I can't say anything about that, except that I did win one of the beta slots here... I think that was posted for the public at the time.)
If we do trade our old rigs up for something better, I'd probably go try Vanguard. Woo, Station Pass! (LOL)
