Voyage Century-From great game to most pointless game

Before reading,I will say that I was a fan of Voyage Century,not some biased twat.However,these companys actions are just flatout stupid making this game one of the worst ever.
Customer Support
Lets start with the fact that they have no english speakers.Contacting a Gm is a nightmare in where youd have to wait 30-45 minutes.When you finally manage to make contact him,he offers you no help.Several users ended up with replys such as
"please explain more"(x3)
"check out our item mall"
"ask on forums"
"check out item mall"
Most simple questions like 'How do i start a guild' cant even be answered by a Customer Support team that speak little english.Now how in the world can they give customer support if they speak no english and probaly never even played the game before?
Item Mall
The game is in open beta and its already charging people?I understand they need to make money,however so far its been all minor bug updates and I personally wont pay for it.Now at that,its not the item's in the item mall that bother me,but the items sold in it.Most Item Mall mmorpgs have the typical stuff in a Item Mall.Large quantities of potions,powerups,unique upgrades and double experience scrolls.Voyage Century takes things 1 step further for the better of the gaming community!
For those who dont understand,let me explain shortly.You go somewhere,right click the scroll,and you will gain the fastest xp while being AFK.I in my years of playing Mmorpgs have never seen a game where you can gain all your xp while being afk.Players can also buy currency and treasure maps(very important element).It seems like those with the biggest paycheck or nicest sugar mama are gonna excel in the game.
Oh and when purchasing thru item mall,there are no safeguards.There is no confirmation(Are you sure you wish to proceed?),no safety protocols or even a freaken ToS with a return policy or anything even close to the matter.

As i stated earlier,no ToS or similar.The registration is linked to some Mythwar game.The games in Beta but the websites still in Alpha apparently.Another flaw with its website its the Quest Guide.
The quest guide they have on there mainsite is the most misleading peice of garbage I have ever seen.Half of the quests listen there are misleading.The names of Npc's are for the most part,spelt wrong.I figure if you at least develop a game,youd at least know about it.Oh thats right they didnt develop it,they bought the rights to it.With a misleading quest guide and horrid customer support,only real help for newbies are experienced players.

I could go on to tell you about the fact there is no open pvp unless your in a guild,but I figure I let the stuff above speaks for itself.In my unbiased opinion Id say just wait for Pirates of the Burning Sea,or even Bounty Bay Online if you like this game.Game had alot of expectations but its just letting all of its supporters down.Thanks for reading.

yeah they also allow multiple computers with multiple accounts with multiple clients open at once to farm resources

Well I still love this game but... Also I can Contact teh GM's really easy so i do not see a problem there... I love the theme mostly I
think... Not many like it out yet. Its Easy to level, and I think has a good Community in the 2nd server at least taht is where I play... I
love it!
The Big MMORPG List
Ship wars were kind of boring, and since that was the point of the game, I quit.
I was expecting something where you were actually ON your ship, along with your friends, aiming and firing the cannons, steering the ship, etc.
Disappointing that all you get to do is click on the ocean and click their ship to fire.
IGG need work on this game fundamentaly.
An hour of Grind, with 2x EXP scroll, 2x EXP event, 25 ATK POWER charm nets me about 1-1.5 million exp.
AFKing will most definately level anyone faster.
Someone check my math here for the 12 hour, 10,00 EXP per 10 Second scroll
((10 000 x 6 ) x 60) x ( 12)
I got 43 200 000, 43 million EXP just for 12 hours of afking (I could easily be playing another game or sleeping)
Even If I had hardcore grinded without sleep, rest, or leaving the spawn area, repair my armor, repair ,y weapon, restock on weapons I would only get around 18 Million EXP.
This game was ruined by Cash Shop. Pay or Be Overpowered.
I made an account, installed the game, started a character, walked around (scuseme, lagged around), uninstalled the game.
The game had been function and running for 3 years in China already, there isn't much beta for them change on gameplays other then trying to find bugs among and during the english transition (in language).
It is a typical grinding game, i like the game but i don't play this since i have the option of playing Uncharted water online (taiwan server --also have a chr on japan server euros).
