should i get prophecies,faction or nightfall?

  Prophecies has the slowest levelling of the three and also the gentlest learning curve. A few hours in Pre-Searing will basically teach you how all three work. I recommend Prophecies if you're just starting out.

  Prophecies: Very Slow Leveling, Vast Terain and Plenty of Quests. The largest of the Three.
  
  Factions: Very Fast Paced Leveling. Boring and repetitive Quests (IMHO) But, the easiest of the three. New Classes: (Assassin and Ritualist)
  
  Nightfall: Medium Leveling. Medium Length, and "Heroes" to help you level that basically act as NPCs that level in real time along side you. New Classes: (Paragon and Dervish)
  
  
  
  Most satisfying IMHO would be Nightfall when it gets down to the Nitty Gritty.

  If you are looking for a game were you want to spend plenty of time in, I'd say prophecies. It has the biggest map and largest gameplay. It can take you several months to complete it.

  Well, I actually started with prophecies and cannot finish it yet. But that's because I like factions most between them. I have been playing only factions since I bought it. But this may be due to the assassin character. Nightfall is also good with heros and levelling is easy. prophecies slowlevel up so boring at the start but after presearing part it becomes very exciting and it is very long. So buy factions at first and then prophecies acccording to me. So you can get your characters there.

  I agree with the earlier posts: get Prophecies first, especially if you're into PVE. Personally, I'd skip Factions and go straight to Nightfall, but that's just me.
