Have any of the winners received account information and download information in the past couple of days? I was one of the winners and I was wondering if they're still making any beta accounts before beta 3 starts. Thanks ahead of time.
I have yet to recieve any info on this. Themis screwed up, and lost a customer. Lineage II is the only game I find any interest at this time. Customer Service there is responsive.
After two Emails to Themis, I have yet to get a reply. it's been 2 weeks. nothing.
In the end, I emailed Themis and had to beg to get what I had rightfully won. This was on the 28th or 29th of last month. I had a apologetic reply from Themis and account info on the 31st.
You can try to contact them here with all your info (name, explanation, email addy). Dont hold your breath though.
If memory serves me correctly, Themis are the folks who run support for Jumpgate on North American soil. They dont exactly have a good track record in my opinion.
Well, I for one have already marked Saga of Ryzom off my playlist. Whether it be in open or closed beta or retail. The only group I hold responsible is Themis. Ah well, so many others to play. If this is an example of how US customers are going to be treated I wouldn't feel confident in giving anything, time or money, to this game. No matter how good the game itself is.
