  Here is the official press relaese from Square Enix released on PlayOnline

  Over 7,700 accounts in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XI user agreement were suspended or banned today. These accounts belonged to users that engaged in RMT activities or made use of third-party tools or "cheats".

  Over 11,500 accounts in violation of the FINAL FANTASY XI user agreement were suspended or banned today. These accounts belonged to users that engaged in RMT activities or made use of third-party tools or "cheats".
  
  

  So as you can see from teh release above as long the only people who were banned were those who were ruining the game for real players, I admit i lost a few friends on my LS to this banning but hey there were trading gil for real money (which we didnt know about until after they got banned)

  there is also a SPECIAL TASK FORCE now within Square Enix involved with shutting down RMT trading sites and locating RMT within the game

  I havent noticed any difference in the amount of people and to be honest i can now get certain NM without having to compete with the RMT

  If you still have friends in that server request a buddy pass/world pass. Only accounts that were banned or suspended for real money trading....gil selling and gil buying.

  The other problem, is i really hate farm, and have a lvl 4X, in rank 1 Winstruck, ¿Any like help me to make some ranks?
