im sure that it will be like WoW.. 2 different clients that only differ in the file that tells it to what server to connect to..
if you are so adamant you could always buy the Europe version (or american) from amazon or whatever.. but expect more lags
The only bad thing about playing in US if u are from Europe is that Preorders are only for US resident.
