How to get rid of RYL in my computer

in Risk Your Life 2: Incomplete Union
I played this game for 2 weeks and i feel is not worth playing, the game play suck as it gets harder to level up and exp is capped according to level, graphic suck, server always down and laggy. I tried to uninstall the game from my com but when ever i click on the uninstall button through my program file or remove program, the installer kept pop up and install files in my com. what should i DO ?

    I had no problem uninstalling this game from my comp, just used the standard "add/remove programs" thingie in Win XP.
