Card or Memory before i buy

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

hey all

im planning on adding 1 gig of memory to my computer so itll be 2, and getting a 7600gt gfx card. what do u think i should buy first before i get VG? what will give me the best result. i have an amd athlon 64 3200+ 2.01 ghz and 1 gig of ram. i should have a pretty good card on board already, which is a must?

    i know but which 1 can i buy before theother, cuz i get paid in another 2 weeks for the second part.

    My friend is using 1gb ram and some crappy gfx card. He tought the game ran good so i suppose it's enough with 1gb ram.



    I would go for the card first then more ram..

    Yes i changed my mind, buy the ram first and wait for the directx 10 cards to drop in price, then you buy a new card.

    i would buy a new graphics card first. But i would recommend a better one than the one your suggesting.

    Well am playing with AMD 64 3200 , 2 gigs and a x850xt so its about the same as yours . I pre-ordered and am playing pre-release and am amazed at the preformance increase since beta . Am running around on highest quality settings with just shadows turned down to about 21% and theres no lag or hitching . Even in the city's its awesome so i would say try the ram should do the trick

    You definitely need 1G ram more. You will be able to play with you video card but with only 1G ram you'll be using the swapfile alot.

    It would depend on your current graphics card.  You could play on 1gb of ram, heck I run it on 786mb, but you can always run on lower graphics settings until you get your graphics card.  I say go with ram for performace unless your current graphics card wont cut it.  

    Just not worth my time anymore.
