  Should be any time but I am with you, my toon won't level himself .  Here's the reason for the current server status:

  Even though there's nothing we can do it's always good to know why the servers are down.

  Just not worth my time anymore.

  I spent all day with my girlfriend. Get home.  Play for 1 hour and then the servers go down, and I'm still waiting at 2:19.  Whoever at Sigil is following me around, please stop or I will make you die in a fire.
