    hmm, actually , last time I logged on to the pt1 korean site, they said my ip was blocked and I had to play english pt, in a message. Since the sites are linked (you can log on with the same info directly in pt2 site) I pretty much doubt any non korean player will have the chance.

    You didn't got it right.



    I did played KPT for a long time, I do have an account there, they just sent me a message telling me that ips from my continent are blocked, and so is yours, if you're not from korea. You can still register accounts with fake or not KSSN's, you'll still have your IP blocked. And as it works for pt1, I'm pretty sure it'll work the same way for pt2.

    if you are in the us i think the site will be in english febuary 20th i dont but i think
