Sup guys. New to the forums...
I was just wondering if WAR was in beta or not yet. I havent been following this game much. I've been immersed in the Vanguard community for the past year or so, and I'm looking for another MMO due to disapointment.
If it is in beta...
What are the best sites to win keys?
If its not in beta...
Is there any scheduled or estimated time?

Did you mean Q4 for release or for beta?
A: There are numerous opportunities for you to secure a spot in the Beta Test. If you are a subscriber to the WAR monthly newsletter you have a chance every month to win a Beta spot.

They've been picking 5 people per month for beta access for a while now, with most of the slots seeming to go to european players. Release date is 4Q this year, so expect Christmastime release if it does not get pushed back.
Ive not seen any listing where it says open beta will begin on a specific date.
From the website:
"First Stage of Closed Beta (Beta 1): Sometimes called "Friends and Family," somewhat inaccurately, this is a stage where there is actually a game, but it is not usually very complete or even stable for that matter. People who don't work here are in this stage, but usually fewer than a hundred, and they are nearly all such old, old friends that they are often mistaken for employees."
When they move on to the next stage, they are most likely going to select people who have been actively involved in the Warhammer community, partners, and people who have tested for Mythic in the past. (Paraphrased from their website)

- Your best bet is to stay active in these forums, and to join one of the guilds that have already started to form. Even then their arent any promises.

Scroll to the very bottom. WAR isn't in Beta yet. It's set for a Q4 release date. Beta 1 will probably begin this summer sometime, maybe late Spring. No dates though....so only Mythic and Games Workshop know when it will truly start.
