You have not rated this game yet.So it gets a 9.3 for graphics and a 7.0 for Performance/Lag...  don't those two kind of go hand-in-hand for many gamers?  I mean, don't performance settings affect the ingame graphics displayed and don't those same settings have an impact on lag and fps?  There seems to be a bit of disconnect between those two ratings.  One possible interpretation is that people are seeing awesome grpahics ingame, but their performance and fps are suffering because of it.  Which begs the question, why not sacrifice graphic quality for performance (by tweaking the user settings). 
  I also find it sort of amusing that despite all the hating on SOE it's still getting a 7.9 for service...  Just wait until you can transfer your Planetside characters into Vanguard...

  SOE usually does have good service and stable servers. It's their devs that people generally have issues with. It's how their games morph from year to year and end up unrecognizable amorphus blobs.

  I'd rather transfer my 70 wizard from EQ to Vanguard :P

  I think the fun rating should be alot higher. The game is fun.

  Graphics and performance/lag don' t go hand and hand to me, sometimes performance issue is not due to graphics but can be anywhere from coding issues to network lag due to server instability or high population.

  The graphics are great, but you need a very powerful machine for them.  I do think the graphics are bit overrated as of now.  They need to improve animations, and I still have a bug up my ass about the water to shore connection.
