Boat question

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Hi i am doing artificing. Only lv 3 atm but anyone know at what lv I am able to make my first boat? Iheard that you wil be able to make different size boats at different lvs.  Also my second question is will you be able to have pvp boat battles with other players and jump aboard their ship.

    I have no idea sorry, but everything you said there would be amazing!!! Could you imagine battling it out with someone on a boat, and jumping aboard their ship!!!! Man I can't wait till I get home from work and actually start playing this game.......only 2 hours and 16 minutes of work left :(
