    I think Australia is under Codemasters, so it's out of Turbine's hands how they handle the sales. I'm not positive on that and it could be as yet undetermined anyway. I've seen a lot of questions about this on lotro's forums. Try here for news: www.lotro.com

    Midway and Codemasters are handling distribution. Turbine doesn't have anything to do with that aside from partnering with those two companies to handle distribution. Midway is handling United States and Canada distribution and Codemasters has the rest, if I remember correctly.
