I am looking for a free mmorpg that will run on my system

Hello, I cannot for the life of me find an mmorpg that will run "good" on my system. I am looking for a free  to play and my system specs are,            processor: 1.6GHz     Ram: 512Mb  Graphics card: Riva Tnt2

Also If anyone knows of some good ways to increase game performance I would love to hear them.

Thank you in advance ; -)

At the risk of being flamed, I would really suggest WoW. Dont need that much space to run, and its great for playing with friends.

EDIT: Dang, didnt see the free part in you're title. Move along, nothing to see here...

Thank you weg and madace. Although the intention of the thread was neither looking for a  which game is the best kinda of thing, I was merely looking for a free mmorpg that would run good on my system and is fairly fun to play :-)

Thanks though I may have to try and see if I can get some of the ones you suggested to run.

Uhh... First of all, you should get a new computer if you plan to play any of the newer games on it.

As to answer your question, here are a few mmorpg's that your computer would most likely run with no problems, all of them are free:

That's all I can find for now, but I'll try to look for more later. Most of the ones I listed above aren't any good, some not even worth a look at. I recommend you try out Maple Story or Conquer Online. If you're into puzzles and things like that, you will more than likely want to give Puzzle Pirates a try. If you've never played an MMO ever before in your entire life... Then... (shudders)... Try Runescape...

If your fine with the game not being an MMO, you should get Diablo 2! It's in my opinion, better than any of the games listed above and it will last you a long time, you just have to buy the game, no retail fee.

Like I said at the beginning of the post, if you have the money, get a new computer. Your computer doesn't stand a chance against any current games or even two year old games, unless they happen to be 2D. If you can't afford a new computer than I hope one of those games will last you a few months. I hope this information helped!

That's a pretty cool game, but that obviously won't run on his system. Niether will Second Life or Anarchy Onilne.

I'm not sure about the others...but AO will easily run on his system.
