The game is fun for awhile, but if your not playing the game much/ why bother paying money for it. I had two MMorpgs that I was paying to not play, which makes no sense....City of Heroes and this game...
I think the ingame economics of the game show the game is on the decline - gold is worth less and less real world money....
subscribership is very important - less people interested in the game means less value of the ingame items.....
the amount of items/with houses in this game still makes me think its one of the better systems for building stuff...at least from what I have experienced so far....
Without houses I don't think I would of subscribed with 2 accounts as long as I did, many players are stuck with not wanting to lose their houses and thus pay real life money in subscribership while not really playing the game......

The game is dead not, this game is good we make it and Romania Tv give it 5 goat heads, this is good rating for game.

Well.. If you're not playing the game then you should really cancel its subscription, but if you're bored of UO after playing "for a while" then just quit cuz it's not the game for you.

Decline? Keep in mind that the game is almost 10 years old, you can't expect 1 mil to worth 80$ like it did back then.
