So there once was this guy who played eve and was invited to attend/film a game wide "Alliance Tournament."  He took many hours and hours of footage through fraps running on his local machine.  This player named LoxyRider then made his own -eve is awesome- promo vid.



EVE is prettier when things explode,



You should watch it.... all of you

    I watched this on youtube and i would have to say this is THE BEST promo vid for Eve online, it shows all the good stuff of Eve online and what this game is really all about..... except i dont think the music suits the video that much,....but thats my opnion.....

    I checked out the youtube version and it doesn't look too terrible.  So if your lazy heres that link. (although it looks much prettier high res)






    I don't mind the music because although it isn't the greatest combat music the video is catered to it.

    It was a good video, but one thing that you missed adding was faster gameplay, like interceptors. But other then that, its a great video. Goodjob :)

    IT's not bad, the combat graphics were nice, but it lacked a narrative focus that I've seen in other videos.

    Anyone remember the video that was made -i think- by one of the guys from the Evolution Corp? It was pre-rendered, and looked really good... did they ever finish tha video?

    Yeah there are two trailers now for a cgi production that is underway.  I dont really know if the final product will be released anytime soon.  It is quite the undertaking and it sounds like its a while off.
