I liked the game itself, but the support (real support for real problems, not online help from other players) is non-existent, took me 2 weeks (past my trial time) to get answer to a question regarding a bug at the start of the game.
So I gave it a BIG thumb down.
Knowledge is Power, but Ignorance is often Death
