in Final Fantasy XI

why more dont leave the repetitive and grind games and come join a warm community and beautiful game as ffxi is beyond me. Ive played them all and i've found a new home (you really start with a home btw). The game is alot of fun i wish it recieved more attention compaired to other dull games *WOW*  *lineage 2* Eve* Guildwars-the lonely game* Tried them all till high lvls including the farce that is archlord. So come join a fun game

P.S. No i dont work for them:)

    Yep. FFXI is under the radar. It should be one of the top MMOs, but people ignore it for more popular titles.

    I play FFXI for over 2 years now and i still have fun playing it! Played WOW for 2 months and i was already bored and guild wars was 3 months.

    I know FFXI is not the most easiest game to play (like WOW and Guild wars), but it's one of the most complete RPG's there is, so it's very under rated.

    I wonder if the guys that gave this rating have played further than lvl 30, then the game is getting it's full potentional

    I totally agree that FFXI is one of the best out there if you like hardcore online gaming.  Ive played it since NA break date and havent got bored with it, or even really scratched the surface of what can be done.  Anyone interested in a freindly, sociable gaming should consider this one.  And look me up! Server-unicorn Name-Sanoi.  I pretty much live there.... just ask the wife ><

    Lack of worthwhile PvP, slow boring combat, slow movement, not being able to alt-tab.

    Those are some reasons I hated it a long time ago. I'm not sure if they "fixed" any of that. Unless that's what makes the game so great.

    Just my take on it.

    I only really played this game until level 15 and quit because nobody would party with me, because all I did was complain about how hard the game is, and how I love WoW due to easy mode.
