Well another patch, and still they haven't even touched on the major game issues. This is Another patch that they only focused on Diplomacy and crafting, it would be nice if they tried to actually fix the real game instead of their little card game...tired of waiting. 
Also I see that they're having some kind of tribute Keith Parkinson's fantasy art...give me a break, his artwork ain't that good imo, i knew friends in high school that could draw better than him anyday...think Sigil/$oe are getting a bit cocky.

While I agree with you about the patch today and am sorely wishing that they would show Rogues some love...
You need to take a step back and show some respect for someone who just past away. Regardless of your personal opinion about the guy's art, he worked alot on this game and the EQ games. If you played any of those games and Vanguard then you've played around in a world he helped paint and flesh out visually.
Why be so abrasive and inconsiderate? It's unnecessary and uncalled for. Maybe you should take sometime and think things through before you post something like that.

To the OP. It's been a week!!! Yeah there's issues, yeah it really, truly sucks they havn't been looked after yet but a week? C'mon now.
I'm all for calling Sigil on their mistakes but let's give credit where crdit is due. In what's probably been their most chaotic week since conception, they've managed to turn servers live, keep them up and relatively stable for a rather large percentage of the time and have pushed out minor patches almost every day.
The first 2 weeks is going to be all about getting client and server side software and hardware stable, bug fixes will come. Trust me, I want to them to come as much as any other player but there's being eager and then there's being unrealistic.
If the big bugs still havn't at least been temporarily looked at in a months time, start this thread again and I'll be right there with you, that I promise.

Also, to judge art is matter of personal taste. To think otherwise is just plain ignorant. It wouldn't be art if it wasn't. So you might not like it. Doesn't mean that everyone else can't appreciate it.
If I said to everyone here that I hate jews and approve of the holocaust, im sure there would be a few irate faces and many pages of flames. Understand your opinions, can be offensive, and when you choose to make them public you should do so knowing you will recieve a response of other peoples opinions.
Of course, I dont hate Jews, and the holocaust was a truely terrible event.

Worst case scenario the classes will suffer from same imbalances as other class/level based MMOs and there will be a "CU" sooner or later (which is not exclusively SWG but for example EQ2 as well). Now, yes, aint $OE but that doesn't matter if the same processes lead to the same outcome.
Starting with the first draft and outline through beta to be finalized respectively tweaked. That all classes are balanced should be given to a upmost extend if not having to never tweak them again (or nerf depending on ones point of view). Although that seems downright impossible. There are pretty good chances to say at least, that you won't have to redefine whole parts of the game cos you screwed up in the first place. That is what I'm talking about.
You decide to play/be class A of race B and one day you wake up and you are someone completly different which you didn't sign up for in the first place.
For those who intend to play or do play and enjoy I'm pretty happy. Nothing better if playing MMOs and then it's a good one really.
Personally I don't have the faith anymore so let's see and let time proof me wrong or right.
Either way, yes all MMOs suffer from same bla bla bla... I'm talking about a specific scenario and nothing else. Maybe it gets someone to think, maybe I'm just judged as trolling but then again I'm not but musing about possibilities.
As VG was rushed, no point denying it, it has high chances that just that will happen sooner or later from my point of view. I hope I'm wrong tho but I doubt it.
Those are things that are CONTINUALLY worked on. Not just a one time fix, and bam! They all magically disappear. See, there are a lot of players currently playing that don't have any issues with a single one of those things. Performance - nope, exploits - nope, server lag/boots/crashes - nope. Does that mean they don't exist? Not at all.
But saying that they haven't been working on those 3 things, and improved them; is a blatant lie. Are they ever going to be fixed and gone for good, for EVERYONE? Nope, just like every other MMO, they will always exist for some of the players.
Exploits, the leveling exploit in perticular. Not something you want around for too long as honest players tend to get pissed off by it and the rest will be level 70 in 2 days.
Server Lagg, I agree something that is continually worked on, but regardless it should be #01 priority.
The above issues were listed as 'Major' Issues, meaning issues that are game hindering and require immediate attention, I have a great many minor issues but those can be resolved in time as im sure Sigil are aware of them (I posted them in beta many times).

I find the fact that you feel the need to add the disclaimer that you don't think those things is hilarious. You know if you didn't people would raise hell, and take things the wrong way and WAY out of proportion. LOL
