are the logos on mmorpg.com trademarked or copyrighted?

in The Pub at MMORPG.COM
when you go to the forums and click the one you want to go to ex: everquest 2 and you see the logo circle on mmorpg.com which has everquest 2 in it i was wondering are these trademarked or copyrighted? anyone? thx

    Well, they are specially made for this site, by this site, using released graphics (fan site kit elements, released screenshots, and homemade graphics).... so you could easily say that they are ours.

    well i really wanted to use them on my site ..... but if they where specailly made for yours w/e ill just use text dam i really love them

    You could always make your own!  The game specific graphics are all out there, come up with your own special style and your in business.

    i have very little skill..... im currently having a website made dont worry its not a mmorpg forums but i really want to do a lot of the work for the web developer before he stops because of the price

    Also i forgot to add that im not a non profit website so i cant use a lot of these fankits

    Looking thruu your post history you seem to want to make money on something that isnt yours. The whole "I must have a site outside of US" along with wanting to use other people's work for your own money needs I can safely say that noone will help you with this on this site.

    wow are you going to say that swg2 is coming out tommor also? i meen comon the reason i have been asking is because i am starting a website and YES it is mmorpg related but the reason why it needs to be outside the us well atleast i thought it needed to be was because i am not a United states citizen. I thought because of my paypal account i wasnt allowed to do bussiness from a us website i was wrong. Now i did ask mmorpg.com i didnt steal it i asked and because they said no im trying to create my own. Im not a thief and im not a crook and i do not like being called one
