    This is simply because your 10 yr old cannot understand the value of this game.   He probably wants "next gen graphics"  and "big laser guns."

    Or maby.. They just don't want to play a 2d game that offers the same thing as most mmorpg BESIDES PvP. It is a CASUAL RPG which is when you play it to CHAT and LEVEL. Most people don't understand this? It is like...Say..A interactive Chatroom with a Fantasy RPG twist.

    I don't see whats so good about it. I like a little more action and a little less the usual thing in everygame.

    My mind has changed so much. Yet I'm still acting like I'm the same.

    i heard from a couple of people that this game was worth checkin into but reading the threads im not so sure anymore.  I meani know its 2D but is it actually fun, or just another timewasters?

    Playing Maple Story is like drinking a bottle of Maple Syrup.  At first it tastes sweet but a few seconds later it grows sickening and you throw up.  That was my experience; I played for a bit, it was cute and then it just got flat out boring and I dropped it like Michael Jackson holding a baby.

      Saying that kids want the coolest newest stuff from all their favourite tv show commercials isnt a huge over generalization really...

    it's all just opinions don't get upset I like a more PvP style game but thats an opinion i see why alot of people would like this game more than AoC or WAR just because thats the way they like an MMO

    P.S. shut up about ages this is comin frmo a 12 year old...

    Well, some people can tell that this game is "chilldish" but when you started play it you won't care so much about the "cute" monsters and so on.

    3. It doesn't take 10 minutes to actually really get into a game. That was probably enough time for you to create your character and walk through the first three maps.

    What the hell do you mean 10 year old's don't know what to do? I'm 11 and I have played 62 MMORPGS before and I understood what to do. I understood storyline and everything else. If you think that people that are 10-13 are idiots then that is very ignorant.
