HELP! Problems purchasing VANGUARD

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Im trying to purchase Vanguard from Sony Store but it keeps on saying "Product is not supported for this process.

Click here to return to the store." O_O WTF??????????
What should i do?
And if anybody teach me how to buy, and i buy it, can i only buy it now, and download it later or i need to download now?
PLZ HELP!

    What country do you live in?  I think it is limited to US/CA.  You can also try buying it from Direct2Drive.com

    Direct2Drive have taken it off the list now for some reason??
