Hi!
I am looking for folks interested in partcipating in a mature, intelligent roleplaying guild whose members (i.e., the characters, not the people behind them) largely or totally agree with the following precepts:
1. The world is at its best when there is a balance of all forces. Light and dark, male and female, good and evil, etc.
2. At present, there is an imbalance with respect to male and female power. Males have and have had too much power for too long. This has lead to greed, corruption, war, and strife. The balance must be restored.
3. As a result, it is the duty and obligation of females to guide, direct, order, and discipline males.
4. It is immoral to force a person into servitude, and, therefore, only males who will willingly surrender to female authority will be permitted to be a part of the Ladies Court.
5. Although males must willingly submit, it is acceptable for a woman to use any and all means of persuasion to coax his submission, so long as it is not extorted. Particularly, the promise of sexual favors may be useful. However, no such behavior is expected or required of females, only permitted.
6. To restore the balance and heal the world, males must learn obediance to women. Therefore, females should often test the obedience of those males who have submitted to them and use harsh discipline when they are found lacking.
Membership will be open to all, regardless of race, alignment, or class.

playing eq2 and two worlds
How can you want a balance with all forces including men and women, but want subservient males at the same time? Even if they are willing, it is still an imbalance.
Not to say a female dominated guild is a bad idea (I had 3 female characters when I played EQ2), and would be an interesting one at least. I just think the justification for having females in power needs a bit of tweaking to make it make more sense.
