Oh well.. back to WoW I go...

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

(no you can't have my stuff.. and there's really nothing for me to give anyway!)

So I tried Vanguard, it's just not pulling me in like I hoped.

I went ahead and picked up the WoW expansion. I really didn't want to fall back on WoW because I got quite bored of it, but I enjoy gaming and there's just no other MMO out right now that does it for me. I guess when I get bored of WoW again I'll activate Vanguard to see the progress. I was really looking forward to Vanguard (an open game). Oh well.

Best of luck to Sigil, I hope they can get everything in order over the next couple of months.

Best of luck to the players, I hope Vanguard continues to entertain you.

    Seriously, I hope you don't get flamed for this post. All games are not for everyone. I for one hated WoW, for example. Anyways, Good Gaming... you have my sympathy

    I'll start my own SWG... with Black Jack... and Hookers!!!

    I'm with you, man.

    I'm gonna keep playing WoW and check on Vanguard form time to time to see if it improved.

    Also, I pre-ordered Lord of the Rings On-Line, and I hope it won't disappoints

    And for someone who attacks the so called "haters" of this game, bringing up the all important "yes, they don't even speak proper English" argument, you sure don't know how to ask permission. Correctly used it's "may" instead of "can". But never mind this, you just go on attacking others for mistakes you yourself make, your credibility is 100% !

    We're all hoping for the same things. The problem isn't that Vanguard is broken, it's just that it wasn't finished yet.



    We'll still be here "testing" Vanguard when ya come back =P.

    You might want to get back to work. I am certain Brad and your co-workers from Sigil are wondering where the hell you are at! Oh wait...this IS your job, damage control for SOE/Sigil with regards to Vanguard. Carry on and keep up the great work. However, you might want to create a few alternate accounts (if you have not done so already), so it is not too painfully obvious as to what you are doing.



    To the OP,

    If the game does not work for you.....nothing wrong with that. I feel the same way, I will check back in a few months and see how it looks then.

Now this is where "can" should be used to formulate a true statement, as in "you can't get in my way", and that's simply because when you fail to intimidate with the pseudo-intellectual (and not in the least related to the given topics) arguments, it all comes down to making points, something you are not good at.



    I feel very secure, as I am not threatened by VG like the whole WoW subscriber base (I believe this was the very credible conclusion stemmed by the VG community's frustration)

    It's nothing to do with brown nosing.  I don't get paid to do this contrary to belief.  I just really like the game.  Apparently that's a bad thing around here.

     ... as stated above... I don't get paid by Sigil, but if I did, the only thing I would ask for is a free subscription to the game.  You listening Sigil/SOE?

    Aye. and I also hate WoW. But it's what all my other friends play and sometimes it is fun. I think sometimes that I'm never getting away from WoW because so many friends play it but I'm glad we arn't playing vanguard - another friend bought it and the things he's describing to us just sounds soooooooo bad at times.
